We are looking for an experienced HVAC Purchase Executive to handle procurement of HVAC materials, vendor coordination, price negotiation, and timely material delivery for ongoing projects. Candidates must have direct experience in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, purchase, and follow up on HVAC materials, equipment, and project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, accounts, and vendor teams.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, GRNs, and vendor documentation.
- Track material requirements, stock levels, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required specifications, quality standards, and budget.
- Support invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and purchase-related documentation.

Required Skills and Experience




- Minimum 2 to 4 years of purchase/procurement experience in the HVAC industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC materials and equipment such as ducting, AHUs, chillers, compressors, insulation materials, fittings, and related accessories.
- Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing, vendor development, and vendor management.
- Good knowledge of quotation analysis, price negotiation, comparative statements, and purchase-order management.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely material delivery.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP or purchase-management software will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from HVAC contracting, MEP, or project-based procurement backgrounds will be preferred.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- B.Com / any relevant graduation with strong HVAC purchase experience may also be considered.
