We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC system design, planning, estimation, and coordination for building projects. The candidate should have knowledge of HVAC layouts, load calculations, ducting systems, equipment selection, and preparation of technical drawings and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC system designs, layouts, and technical drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional building projects.
- Perform heating and cooling load calculations and assist in selecting appropriate HVAC equipment.
- Prepare duct layouts, piping layouts, ventilation plans, and equipment schedules.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimations, and technical specifications for HVAC works.
- Coordinate with architecture, civil, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure proper integration of building services.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure design accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Assist in HVAC cost estimation, tender documentation, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants,



vendors, and site teams for design clarifications and project requirements.
- Support site inspections and resolve HVAC-related technical issues during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC design and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, ventilation systems, and equipment selection.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in building services consultancy, government building projects, commercial buildings, and MEP design coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
