Experience: 4–8 Years (Industrial / Commercial Projects)

Key Responsibilities – HVAC Design

- Design HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and office projects
- Perform heat load calculations (ASHRAE / ISHRAE standards)
- Selection & sizing of:

o Chillers (Air & Water cooled) o VRF / VRV systems o AHU, FCU, FAHU o Ventilation & exhaust systems
- Prepare HVAC layout drawings:

o Ducting layout o Piping layout (CHW / CW / Refrigerant) o Equipment GA drawings
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, firefighting & BMS teams
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and local statutory norms
- Support site team with design clarifications & revisions

Key Responsibilities – Tender & Estimation
- Prepare HVAC BOQ, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Floating enquiries to vendors and techno-commercial comparison
- Rate analysis for materials, equipment, labour,



and subcontract works
- Finalization of HVAC scope, inclusions & exclusions
- Prepare tender drawings, technical submissions, and deviations
- Support management during pre-bid & client technical discussions

Skills & Competency Requirements
- Strong knowledge in HVAC design & estimation
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Heat Load Software / Excel tools
- Understanding of project execution constraints & constructability
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tenders & fast-track projects

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,415.63 - ₹38,139.47 per month
