Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth personnel processes and a positive workplace experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Nashik and includes responsibilities such as administering HR policies, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The specialist will support employee perks administration, assist with performance management processes, and help resolve HR-related queries.





The role also involves coordinating recruitment activities, supporting compliance with labor laws and company policies, and collaborating with management to implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that are compliant and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle processes and record-keeping.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site in Nashik.
- Comfort with HRIS or related HR software and basic MS Office tools.
