Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in Thiruvananthapuram and involves partnering with leadership to design and implement HR policies and processes that support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, administering compensation and perks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

The HR Manager will address employee relations issues,



support learning and development initiatives, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with MyDesignation’s brand values. The role also includes analyzing HR metrics, recommending improvements, and supporting organizational change efforts.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the Indian fashion/retail sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to design and implement HR processes that support talent development, engagement, and retention.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, along with sound skills in MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or a fast-growing consumer brand environment is preferred.
