About the Role

Fabric Pandit is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle day-to-day HR activities and support the company’s growth. The person will work closely with management and department heads on hiring, employee matters, HR processes and team development. We are looking for someone who communicates well, takes ownership and can handle people-related matters with maturity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with department heads to close open positions on time.
- Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and employee files in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Support performance reviews, KPI tracking, employee feedback and performance improvement plans.
- Address employee queries and concerns, and help maintain a professional and positive work environment.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently across departments.
- Maintain HR trackers and reports, and share hiring and employee updates with management.




- Coordinate employee engagement activities and identify training or development needs.
- Keep track of applicable labour law and statutory compliance requirements, and coordinate the required documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment and HR operations.
- Prior experience in an HR role with hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and day-to-day HR documentation and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information, resolve employee concerns and coordinate with different teams.
- Organised, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced business setting.

Preferred

- Experience in fashion, apparel, textile, retail or e-commerce would be an advantage.
- Experience managing HR processes for multiple departments
