Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR processes, managing payroll and benefits coordination with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The role will also involve supporting leadership with workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with business goals. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with management and project teams.

Experience :- 2 - 4 years in the relevant field, freshers also welcomed

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and basic HR analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in marketing, events, exhibitions, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
