Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who wants to build practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Recruitment is one of the most important functions in an organization. In this role, you will get hands-on exposure to real hiring processes and learn how companies identify, evaluate, and hire the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.




- Understand and map client hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
