Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities for a energetic reality show production team in a full-time, remote role.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help with onboarding processes, documentation, and the organization of HR records and employee information. Additional tasks may involve supporting HR policy implementation, tracking attendance,



assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and handling basic HR-related queries.

The role requires close collaboration with HR leadership and project teams to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies, with the ability to support policy communication and documentation.
- Basic familiarity with Employee Benefits and related HR administration tasks.
- Effective communication, organization, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, video conferencing platforms).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in entertainment, media, or reality show production is beneficial.
