Roles and Responsibilities – HR Intern (Work From Office)

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job openings.

Create and publish job postings on Internshala, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Use personal LinkedIn profiles professionally to share approved job posts and connect with potential candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates and assess their communication skills, experience, and suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.

Support hiring for roles such as Admission Counsellor, Admission Manager, Team Leader, BDE, and other business requirements.

Assist with employee onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities.

Prepare and organize HR documents, including offer letters, joining forms, and employee records.

Track recruitment progress, candidate responses, and interview outcomes.





Prepare daily HR activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

Support basic HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative activities.

Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Complete assigned recruitment targets and tasks within the given timelines.

Key Expectations

Positive communication and professional conduct.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.

Regular reporting, timely follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.

Ability to work collaboratively from the office and meet assigned deadlines.
