Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist with strong practical knowledge of Core HR and HR Operations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing daily HR activities. Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, QSR, or food and beverage industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Handle PF, ESIC, and applicable labour-law compliance.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, and termination letters.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with managers regarding employee issues and manpower requirements.
- Maintain HR reports and employee databases.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.

Requirements





- Strong knowledge of Core HR and HR Operations.
- Practical understanding of payroll, attendance, PF, and ESIC.
- Ability to manage HR activities independently.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS software.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable commuting to South Delhi.
