- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and conduct initial HR screenings.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Support daily HR activities.

- Students pursuing graduation or graduates from any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome; prior HR experience is not required.
- HR or management backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work from our Vishrantwadi, Pune office for six months.
