Job Title: HR Executive/Senior HR Executive

Working Days & Time: 6 days & 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Location - Phase 2 , Vatva GIDC , Ahmedabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, from employee onboarding to Full & Final Settlement. The role will own payroll coordination, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding, documentation and induction to exit and Full & Final Settlement.

Manage monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, deductions and employee records.

Ensure timely and accurate PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.

Drive recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.

Handle employee queries related to policies, payroll, attendance, leave and benefits.

Implement and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures.





Track and improve employee engagement, retention and HR processes.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards and management reports using Excel.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and compliance records.

Identify and implement technology-driven improvements and automation in HR processes.

Support management with workforce planning, employee-related decisions and strategic HR initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile

4- 6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.

Strong hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.

Experience managing payroll and the complete employee lifecycle.

Solid Excel and HR MIS skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRMS, payroll systems and digital tools.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
