Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave administration, and HR data maintenance.

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, handling grievance resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role also includes implementing and communicating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and assisting with recruitment activities such as screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

Executive will collaborate closely with store leadership and management to align HR practices with business needs and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including workforce planning and basic HR analytics.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as handling onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and HRIS or HR software usage.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including labor laws, company policy implementation, and regulatory adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across store and office teams.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee information.
- Prior experience in retail or a fast-paced multi-location workplace is preferred.
