Role Description The Human Resources Administrator, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating and administering HRIS data, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

The Human Resources

Administrator coordinates benefits administration, assists with payroll inputs, and responds to employee inquiries about company policies and procedures. The role also supports HR management activities such as performance review coordination, documentation of HR policies, and compliance with labor and employment laws. In addition, this position works closely with management to ensure HR practices are effective, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for handling daily HR operations and supporting strategic people processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration to manage employee benefits programs,



documentation, and related inquiries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data, generate reports, and support HR workflows.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant regulations.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office), and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in an HR support or administrative role, is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
