Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. Candidates with experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and site-based positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of vacancies.




- Coordinate documentation and onboarding activities with the HR team.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Facility Management industry experience is preferred, especially in hiring for technical, maintenance, operations, housekeeping, security, and site-level roles.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
