We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development at our multi-speciality Ayurvedic hospital.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable organisational abilities, and the capability to manage day-to-day HR activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentation.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Manage employee joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement activities, and internal communication.




- Maintain HR reports, personnel files, and confidential employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce needs.
- Support performance management, employee discipline, and retention initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other HR tools.
