Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Apple Hospital, Indore

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 6 months

Reporting To: HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, training coordination, and administrative tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospital HR operations and learn the best practices of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation, ensuring all records are updated and maintained.
- Help coordinate training and development programs for hospital staff.
- Assist in payroll and attendance management activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Address employee queries and assist in handling grievances under supervision.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HR regulations.
- Support HR audits and reporting activities as required.
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
