Softcure Technology LLP is looking for an experienced, motivated, and responsible HR Manager to manage and strengthen our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workplace coordination.
- .Quality Management / Customer Feedback / Review

Candidate Requirements:

- BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
- Relevant experience in HR management and recruitment.
- Strong communication, leadership,



and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and employee management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Position: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
