Role & responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidate.

- Maintain positive employee relations to support a healthy work workplace.

- Handle Payroll processing and maintaining employee records.

- Identify training needs and coordinate with the employees.

- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate with prior experience working in a firm will have an added advantage.

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Ability to handle HR functions and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
