Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, employee records, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and the ability to coordinate with employees and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and close vacancies on time.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee-related inputs with the payroll team.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Monitor probation periods, confirmation processes, and employee exit formalities.




- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with applicable company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, and employee turnover.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment and general HR operations is preferred.
- Healthcare or hospital industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic HR systems.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA), depending on experience and suitability.
- Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
