Role & responsibilities

- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance on HR-related matters to align with business strategies.

- Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent in the luxury goods and jewelry sector.

- Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as necessary.

- Design and execute training and development programs that support qualified growth and enhance workforce capabilities.

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes and initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
