Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / EPC

Qualification: Engineering Degree (Chemical, Petrochemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical preferred)

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), consequence modelling, and fire risk assessments.
- Perform flare radiation analysis, vent dispersion studies, and fire protection assessments.
- Participate in HAZID, ENVID, SIMOPS, PHSER, SIL, and ALARP workshops.
- Prepare and review HSEIA, Bow-Tie, EERA, ESSA, COMAH studies, and safety cases.
- Interpret PFDs, P&IDs;, and other HSE engineering documents.
- Use software such as PHAST, SAFETI, Flaresim, PHA-Pro, and BowTieXP.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, QatarEnergy, NFPA, API, and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate project activities and support junior HSE consultants.





Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience.
- Previous HSE consultancy experience in the Middle East, preferably UAE, Qatar, or Oman.
- Hands-on knowledge of QRA, process safety, consequence modelling, and fire risk assessment.
- Robust technical report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate project deliverables.
