We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HRM Faculty member to teach Human Resource Management concepts and support students in their academic and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures on Human Resource Management and related subjects.

- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and teaching materials.

- Explain HR concepts, including recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

- Conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations.

- Guide students in projects, presentations, and career development.

- Maintain academic records and participate in departmental activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant postgraduate qualification.

- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

- Teaching experience is an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply, subject to institutional eligibility requirements.
