Key Responsibilities Study and map end-to-end HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Employee Lifecycle. Design and maintain workflow diagrams, requirements traceability, and harness engineering artifacts . Analyze HR data and system integrations to support digital transformation initiatives.
