EZEE Healthcare is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage a team, drive performance, and support business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, guide, and monitor team members to achieve targets.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage team performance and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with management to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports.
- Support team members in resolving work-related challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

- Qualification: MBA in HR or MAHRM preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Non-IT recruitment experience preferred, particularly in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
