We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR professional with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, including lateral hiring.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment, including lateral hiring for various positions.

-Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

-Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

-Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

-Handle HR operations, onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance records.

-Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements





-2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

-Proven experience in lateral hiring and candidate sourcing.

-Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

-Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

-Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Immediate joiners preferred.
