Job Type : Full time (On-site)

 Roles & Responsibilities :

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

 Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

 Prepare and update job postings across platforms.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

 Maintain timely communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle.

 Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future roles.

 Conduct initial HR screening to assess fit, communication, and interest.

 Update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports regularly.

 Support in offer letters, salary coordination, documentation,



and onboarding.

 Collaborate with teams to understand hiring requirements.

 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

 Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities when required.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

 Quick learner with a positive, proactive attitude.

 Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR tools, and job portals (preferred).

 Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with online platforms.

 Detail-oriented and adaptable.
