Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment remotely for our restaurant and dairy businesses. The role involves hiring for kitchen, restaurant operations, sales, delivery, production, retail and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Recruit chefs, restaurant managers, service staff, kitchen helpers, delivery executives, sales staff and dairy production employees.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and local networks.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.




- Independently manage multiple vacancies and meet agreed recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, QSRs, FMCG, food processing or retail recruitment preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and candidate follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work independently, maintain productivity and meet targets in a remote environment.
- Must have a laptop, reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Performance Metrics
- Vacancy closure within agreed timelines.
- Successful candidate joinings and joining ratio.
- Candidate retention and early attrition.
- Recruitment productivity and cost per hire.
