Job SummaryWe are looking for a energetic, energetic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter with proven experience working in a fast-paced recruitment agency environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls (40–60+ daily), possess sharp CV screening abilities, and have a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling &

• High-Volume Sourcing:
- Perform heavy cold calling, outbound candidate outreach, and pipeline building to engage active and passive job seekers.
- Maintain daily activity metrics (minimum required outbound connect calls and screening conversations).
- CV Screening &

- Shortlisting:
- Source candidates using Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc.), social media, database mining, and professional networks.




- Conduct thorough screening of resumes against client job specifications, skills, experience, and budget constraints.
- Evaluate candidate communication skills, motivation, compensation expectations, notice period, and culture fit.
- Target &
- SLA Management:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly billing and placement targets.
- Manage candidate pipelines efficiently to fulfill tight deadlines and high volume requisitions.
- Ensure low drop-out rates post-offer acceptance through proactive candidate engagement.
- End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Brief candidates pre-interview and debrief post-interview to manage expectations.
- Assist with salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Reporting &
- Tracker Management:
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal Excel trackers.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance metrics and sourcing reports to team leads or management.
Key Requirements &
- Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience exclusively in a Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Agency setting.
- Cold Calling Grit: Comfortable with high-volume calling ("hardcore calling") and relentless follow-ups.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Proven history of achieving or exceeding individual monthly placement targets.
- Technical Sourcing Skills: Advanced boolean search capability on major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multi-industry or multi-domain mandates simultaneously under high pressure.
