Location: Kolkata & New Delhi Working Days: Monday to Saturday Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- take-home per month ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SOURCING & SCREENING Source prospective candidates.

Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings.

Evaluate candidate suitability against client specifications. 2. INTERVIEW COORDINATION Schedule interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth completion of the interview process. 3.



END-TO-END TRACKING Track candidate status throughout the selection process up to onboarding.

Maintain and update recruitment database records. ### REQUIREMENTS Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent experience.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Infrastructure: Secure internet connection and laptop/PC required.
