Requirement:

- Proven hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment across Pan India.
- Experience in posting job openings on various job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong skills in salary negotiation, CTC calculation, and salary structure preparation.
- Experience in preparing and issuing offer letters and appointment letters.
- Knowledge of the New Labour Codes in India will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
