Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting suitable candidates for various positions across the company's branches. The role involves coordinating with department heads and branch managers to fulfil manpower requirements within the stipulated time.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify manpower requirements from various departments and branches.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and walk-in interviews.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Organize walk-in interviews and recruitment drives for multiple branches.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary negotiation, offer letters, and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports in Excel.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure candidates join on the committed date.
- Maintain records of vacancies, interview status, offers released, and candidates joined.
- Support bulk hiring for Sales,



Service, Spares, CRM, and other automobile dealership roles.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or HR.
- Industry Preference: Automobile dealership experience preferred.
- Skills Required: Communication, negotiation, sourcing, interviewing, follow-up, and time management.
- Computer Skills: MS Excel, Word, email, and job portal handling.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of vacancies closed.
- Time taken to fill vacancies.
- Candidate joining ratio.
- Recruitment target achievement.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Recruitment report accuracy and timely submission.
