RW Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 3–6 months of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various technical and non-technical positions while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.

- Work on IT positions such as Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Full Stack Developers, UI/UX Designers, and other technical roles as per hiring requirements.

- Maintain and update candidate databases,



recruitment trackers, and interview feedback.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience.

- Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities and hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 3–6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Basic understanding of IT recruitment and technical job descriptions.

- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a team.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
