Key Responsibilities

- Job Analysis &
- Postings:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and write explicit, engaging job descriptions.

- Sourcing Talent: Find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Screening &

- Interviews:

Review resumes, conduct phone or video screenings, and coordinate in-person or panel interviews.

- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, extend job offers, and coordinate background checks.

- Candidate Experience &

- Branding:

Maintain a positive candidate journey and promote the company's employer brand.

- Metrics &

- Tracking:

Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor time-to-hire, source of hire, and recruitment metrics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
