HR Recruiter – IT Industry

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to connect with freshers, students, and job seekers, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable IT Training & Internship programs. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Note: This is a full-time recruitment, counselling, and enrollment conversion role, not a learning or training opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with freshers, students, and job seekers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel candidates regarding IT training programs, internships, and career opportunities.
- Convert interested leads into paid training program enrollments.
- Follow up regularly with prospective candidates and maintain the lead pipeline.
- Coordinate with colleges for workshops, seminars, training programs, and student outreach activities.




- Represent the organization at college events, workshops, seminars, and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate inquiry records, candidate details, and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, student counselling, telecalling, sales, or enrollment conversion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in communicating with freshers, students, and job seekers.
- Strong convincing, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to attend college workshops, seminars, and job fairs when required.
- Basic knowledge of IT and software training courses will be an added advantage.

Work Location Indore, Madhya Pradesh — Work from Office.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
