We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet our growing business needs.

You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience while building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and coordination of final rounds.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers,



clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline.
- Onboarding & Operations: Facilitate the offer negotiation process, issue offer letters, and manage the pre-boarding and onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR role (Agency experience is highly valued).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with job boards, professional networks, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, solid negotiation abilities, and excellent time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
