Position: Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Understand manpower requirements and source candidates as per job specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Department Heads and Management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring status reports.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database for current and future requirements.




- Support bulk and project-based hiring for construction sites when required.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Construction/Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Work Location: Sector 132, Noida – In Person Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
