We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in HR, be currently based in Hyderabad, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.




- Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is required.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Willingness to work on-site at Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
