We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the logistics industry, particularly in recruiting experienced Freight Brokers and logistics professionals.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of HR/recruitment experience specifically in the logistics industry.
- Proven experience hiring experienced Freight Brokers.
- Strong industry connections and access to relevant logistics talent.
- An active LinkedIn profile and the ability to source candidates through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle independently.
- Willingness to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final selection and onboarding.
- Source and recruit experienced Freight Brokers and other logistics professionals.
- Utilize LinkedIn, professional networks,



social media, and industry connections to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of logistics professionals and potential candidates.
