Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter with a background in technical recruitment, preferably within the EPC, Electrical, Construction, Infrastructure, or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) industries.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates for technical and engineering positions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Project Engineering, Construction, Site Execution, and other technical positions.
- Recruit candidates for EPC, Electrical Contracting, Construction, Infrastructure, PMC, and Oil Gas projects.
- Understand job descriptions and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes based on relevant experience, technical skills, qualifications, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview records, and daily or weekly hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary discussions, offer acceptance, documentation,



and joining dates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment planning and achieve hiring targets within agreed timelines.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification is preferred.
- 23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in technical recruitment is essential or strongly preferred.
- Experience hiring for EPC, Engineering, Electrical, Construction, Infrastructure, PMC, or Oil Gas companies is preferred.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn.
- Solid sourcing, resume screening, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in hiring Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Construction Supervisors, Project Managers, and other technical professionals will be preferred. Candidates who have worked in engineering consultancies, EPC companies, electrical contracting companies, construction firms, infrastructure companies, or PMC organisations will have an advantage.
