: We are seeking an analytical marketing professional who will be responsible for streamlining and managing all client communications across multiple channels. The person will also be accountable for performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of these campaigns.

Experience Range: 3 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation ,or MBA/PGDM in Select specialization

Job Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities -

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate selection.
- Sales Hiring: Handle recruitment for sales positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet business hiring requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Offer Creation and Rollout: Prepare and roll out offer letters in coordination with relevant internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
- Salary Negotiation: Discuss compensation, expected CTC, notice periods, joining timelines, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience and minimize dropouts.
- Hiring Coordination: Coordinate interviews, follow up with interview panels, collect evaluation feedback, and ensure timely decision making.

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in sales hiring is preferred.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize hiring requirements.
