We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of our advertising and event management company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Experience in advertising, media, event management, or other fast-paced service industries will be preferred.

equired Skills & Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.




- Practical experience with EPFO, ESIC, payroll processing, attendance management, and employee documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Solid organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
