# We're Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Company: V-Serve Design & PMC Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month Employment: Full-time, Office-based ### About the Role We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our interior design, construction and turnkey project business. ### Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Manage attendance, employee records, onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily progress reports. ### Mandatory Skills - AI Tools:



Practical knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools to improve recruitment and productivity.
- Excel: Solid working knowledge of formulas, filters, PivotTables and recruitment reporting.
- Excellent communication, candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, accept feedback and manage tasks professionally.
