We are hiring an HR Manager for our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, team performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong hiring ability, leadership skills, and team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and hire top talent for multiple roles.
- Build and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
- Set team KPIs, track output, and ensure accountability.
- Address team issues and maintain workplace discipline.
- Create and implement HR policies and employee engagement plans.
- Support performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and team management.
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing candidates.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
