We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our manufacturing unit to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The role will be responsible for implementing and managing the Performance Management System (PMS), driving performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee development initiatives. The candidate will also ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing

Solid knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

Experience in implementing and managing PMS

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,088.16 per month
