About the Role

UXDLAB Software is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. The role focuses primarily on recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.




- Assist in closing open positions for technical and non-technical roles.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
