Job Summary

WebSenor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Role overview

Enterprise delivery role with WebSenor's web, mobile, AI and cloud teams.

Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and professional platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and daily HR operations.

What we're looking for

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in recruitment and human resource management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.




- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR or a relevant degree is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and HR documentation.
- Previous internship or practical exposure to recruitment.
