Job Title: HR Intern

Location: DLF Cyber City, Infocity, Patia, Bhubaneswar

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support HR documentation and maintain employee records.
- Help organize training and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing and updating HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




- Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Robust interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
- Confidence in communicating with candidates and conducting initial interviews.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

- Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
