Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with candidates.
- Support the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to joining.

Zfour HRMS – Customer Onboarding & Operations

- Coordinate with new customers during the initial setup process.
- Assist customers with employee data collection and uploading.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Follow up with customers for pending information and documentation.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and provide regular status updates.




- Assist customers with basic HRMS queries and operational coordination.

- Candidates with good communication and coordination skills.
